Cognitive: we create a context for young people to become aware of the opportunities they have for their personal and professional development.
Affective: we offer support in the process of self-awareness; guidance on techniques for identifying and developing individual potential; co-interested in personal development; support in the process of identifying what personal satisfaction and fulfillment means to them.
Actional: we give an impetus to the counseling process in order to visualize the decision-making process throughout all the future cycles of the young person's personal life: completion of formal education, employment, social integration, assuming community roles, change of occupation, retraining, retirement, etc. ; we provide support in planning for the implementation of actions linked to concrete personal objectives; we support the use of job search techniques adapted to the current labor market; mentoring in the process of visualizing the future roles that the young person will take on, at school, at work, in his/her social or community life, in the family, in his/her free time, etc.
˝Initially, I had no expectations about defining a career or a field in which to work. However, during my experience at the School of Values, I was pleasantly impressed by how the activities I completed helped me to discover the professional direction I wanted to go in the future. After all, it was one of the reasons for choosing i(ASE - FABIZ), and it lifted the veil of fog that I had on the subject.
